ERP Applications Manager - Oracle NetSuite (Finance & Supply Chain)

Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for finance and supply chain management? This role involves leading Oracle NetSuite ERP applications, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain operations. You will be the go-to expert, driving technical and operational excellence while enhancing business processes and stakeholder experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Leadership: Act as the hands-on manager for our Oracle NetSuite ERP application, overseeing Financial (Average Costing), Technical (SFTP integrations), and Supply Chain (Procure to Pay and Order to Cash) operations.
  • Business Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and proactively work on solutions that enhance the IT application experience.
  • ERP Expertise: Manage and grow your knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring it integrates smoothly with our Manufacturing Execution System and supports global IT operations.
  • Support & Optimization: Oversee day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in ERP functionality. Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for continuous enhancement.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with business teams to understand their processes, drive continuous improvements, and find ways to increase operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to key application controls, SDLC review mechanisms, and SOX compliance, while keeping up with industry regulations like CFR 21 Part 11 and cGMP.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 8 years in IT with ERP applications like Oracle NetSuite, and 4 years in biotech/pharma IT. Experience with cell and gene therapy is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience managing Oracle NetSuite ERP modules for Finance, SFTP, and Supply Chain. Hands-on skills with troubleshooting and managing offshore teams are essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing application portfolios and budgets is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA regulations and industry standards will be advantageous.
