We are actively seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our client’s team to assist with the opening, processing, and closing of refinance and sales transactions. You will be a key player in ensuring homeowners are provided the right plan of service to meet their investment needs.

You will be joining a team whose mission is to provide quality service and support to homeowners as they make potentially the biggest investment of their life. Ensuring their clients have peace of mind that their home, and future, is in great hands.

What You'll Do:

  • Verify and review preliminary reports and title commitments for accuracy
  • Clear title requirements by researching discrepancies and managing lien releases
  • Prepare funding packages and handle loan disbursements
  • Maintain meticulous electronic records and document all file conversations
  • Obtain tax roll from assessor and review for accuracy and potential assessments and/or liens.
  • Collaborate with lenders, principals, realtors, and co-workers
