Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate quantity take offs
• Examine market pricing trends
• Manage job cost history
• Help with review of construction drawings
• Monitor project and revise quantity take offs for changes
• Analyze subcontractor performance
• Participate in budget reviews
• Prepare conceptual estimates

Experience Required

• At least a college degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar related discipline
• 3-5 years of construction industry experience
• Experience in multifamily projects is preferred
• At least 2 years of estimating experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
