Description
The Learning and Evaluation department supports CRCD’s mission of being a results-driven organization that provides high-quality programming. The Evaluation Manager will report to the Senior Director of Learning & Evaluation and will lead program evaluation efforts across the organization. The Evaluation Manager will support a range of organizational learning objectives, increase internal evaluation capacity, and support continuous improvement efforts. The Evaluation Manager will support data management for all programmatic departments in the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Position roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluation Development and Inquiry Support
- Support program staff in the evaluation and development of high-impact programs. Establish logic models, program flows, and performance measures and outcomes that are aligned with program goals and needs of the community.
- Support in development and implementation of quantitative and qualitative evaluation and assessment protocols such as surveys, focus group interview guides, scorecards, performance rubrics, etc.
- Lead work to identify data sources, calculate baselines, set targets, benchmark goals, etc. in compliance with grant requirements.
- Lead evaluation protocol data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to creation of internal data monitoring tools such as dashboards, rubrics, data flowcharts, etc. that align with existing tools (such as performance measures, logic models, etc.).
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training resources on data inquiry best practices.
- Lead report writing and presentations of internal evaluation findings for a variety of audiences.
- Develop data presentations for internal and external audiences, including graphs, tables, data visuals, etc. for supported programming.
- Support programming to develop a cycle of improvement through coaching and professional development on findings and best practices.
- Perform other duties related to the position as requested by Senior Director of Learning and Evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of related experience. Experience working in a nonprofit setting highly preferred.
- Highly skilled in quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience interpreting outcome and evaluation data for informed programmatic decision-making and improvement.
- Understanding of designing, planning, conducting, and evaluating one or more service areas in which CRCD is engaged.
- Strong project management skills, professional written and verbal communication, and detail oriented.
- Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.? Knowledge in using Excel or other software to develop graphs and tables for a general audience. Tableau experience a plus.
- Competence in navigating data management software. Experience with Salesforce or other case management software, highly preferred.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task to handle various projects and responsibilities.
- Self-directed and capable of working to meet quick turnaround and deadlines independently.
- Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by law
$66,560-$70,000 annually
