IMPRIMIS IS HIRING A CORPORATE EVENTS COORDINATOR

ONSITE- DIRECT HIRE

NORTH DALLAS


We are seeking a Corporate Event Coordinator in Dallas, TX, to expertly plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including corporate, community, and office activities. This role will enhance employee engagement, foster community connections, and be central to our event planning and execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of corporate events.
  • Manage event setups, including equipment and signage.
  • Oversee logistical support and vendor management for events.
  • Handle on-site logistics, including registration and attendee assistance.
  • Arrange and oversee catering services.
  • Source and manage photo props for ceremonies and events.
  • Organize company participation in community events.
  • Plan and execute monthly office celebrations and special events.
  • Coordinate the monthly Foodie Lunch with the CEO.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track event expenses and ensure budget compliance.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Oversee event raffles and procure items.
  • Implement lessons learned for future events.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of event planning experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders for community and groundbreaking events.
  • Proven track record of managing mid to large-scale events.
  • Strong budgeting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and last-minute changes.
  • Familiarity with local vendors and event venues.
  • Passion for community engagement and corporate social responsibility.
  • Interest in current event planning trends and best practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
