We're a leading event management firm looking for a talented and results-oriented Event Manager to join our team in Boston.
In this hybrid role (averaging 15-29 hours per week), you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales, Proposal Development, and Event Production teams.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with clients to develop unique and impactful event experiences
Manage client relationships, fostering trust and exceeding expectations
Generate proposals, manage budgets, and ensure project profitability
Oversee all aspects of event execution, from planning to onsite management
Partner with vendors and suppliers to secure the best resources
Leverage your knowledge of the local area to find exceptional venues
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
A passion for events and a knack for creative problem-solving
2+ years of experience in event management or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
The ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
A flexible work style and willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed
