We are looking for a dynamic Event/Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing in-person and virtual events to generate leads and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys process improvement.

This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing in-person and virtual events to generate leads and increase brand awareness. What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
- Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Create event marketing materials, including promotional emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure event success and lead follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event/field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Base compensation is expected to be between $110,000 - $125,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
