Events Manager

Cholon Restuarant Concepts is looking for a Sales & Events Manager to oversee all of our locations. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person. We are looking for somebody who can take an active role collaborating with ownership, managers, chefs, and the rest of our team to creatively help our company grow and evolve.

Role Overview:

The Sales and Events Manager will help drive sales within the restaurant group by building solid sales through events on and offsite, large party BEO's, local marketing, and social media platforms. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and events background and be a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including guests and team members. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase event bookings and sales targets quarterly.
• Lead the planning and execution of all events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, turning ideas into reality.
• Anticipate and address any issues or special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners.
• Keeping our social media platforms current, interesting, and consistent across our brands
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or related roles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry with a focus on events.
• Self-motivated individual driven to excel and advance within the company.
• Demonstrates high levels of flexibility and commitment to meeting event demands.
• Possesses a vibrant, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
• Excellent supervisory and management skills specific to event management.
• Proficient in event management software, preferably Tripleseat.
  
  

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move with agility, stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
• Occasional lifting and moving of items up to 25 lbs.
