Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Events Program Manager to join our winning team. team. In this role, you will support content production and event operations for (2) Geo regions at our client’s annual partner event.
This is a par-time position, for a remote worker within United States and Canada. Must be in Eastern Standard Time zone.
What you will be doing:
Content Production:
Manage content production tools support
Breakouts and Demo co-management
Digital host program management
Coordinate planning and production details with Session Program Managers (SPMs)
and other production vendors
Session speaker management
Session data collection (session titles, speaker names, titles, session description,
headshots)
Onsite and digital broadcast support
Geo Operations:
Support of attendee nomination process and registration management using specialized
tools and registration tools.
Coordinate awards process for global, geo, theater, and area/country
Content production support as needed
Program logistics for geo functions
Manage auxiliary events for geos
Timeline management - Ensure deadlines are met, or adjusted appropriately based on
program progress
What you bring:
Minimum of 5 year’s event planning experience within the high-tech industry (Required)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
Strong customer service and / or stakeholder management skills
Delivers quality results while managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines
Collaborative and solutions-oriented
Positive outlook and attitude: Views challenges as opportunities
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving priorities and direction
Demonstrates excellent communications skills with colleagues, stakeholders and all levels of management, including written communications, presentation development, and storytelling
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications with the ability to quickly learn and implement new processes and/or internal (custom) tools
