Executive Assistant
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Directors and their respective teams. The role involves managing complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedules, ensuring executives are informed of key commitments and business developments. This position also requires planning and coordinating meetings, acting as a liaison with the broader team to enhance efficiency, and managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedules for Managing Directors. Keep executives informed about upcoming commitments and business issues, providing timely updates as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and prioritize meetings based on business requirements.
- Team Liaison: Act as a point of contact with the broader team to improve scheduling efficiency and establish best practices.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle diverse administrative duties including managing time and travel logistics, preparing expense reports, and correspondence.
- Event Management: Organize and execute local events such as closing dinners, happy hours, and golf outings.
- Database Management: Oversee and organize internal databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Marketing Support: Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials and manage related logistics.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the team and across the firm.
