An outstanding global private equity firm is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their wonderful & collegial team!

$85-100k DOE + discretionary bonus+ excellent benefits

The team is on an ONSITE Monday-Friday in their MIDTOWN EAST office.

Looking for a diligent and proactive Executive Assistant to support a small team of senior level executives as a their true gatekeeper and right hand. Someone that is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager is key!

Responsibilities

  • Meeting/greeting clients and investors coming to the office.
  • Handling calls, taking messages and routing critical correspondence for their team.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and handling all logistics for meetings, including technology, catering, meeting materials, etc.
  • Booking domestic and international travel across timezones for the team, including visas.
  • Assisting with expense reports.
  • Handling some office management responsibilities including ordering supplies, inventory, restocking as needed.

Other Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience required in an administrative role
  • Experience working in finance is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong ability to interact with other staff and external constituents as a team player.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
