Executive Assistant– Global Private Equity Firm
An outstanding global private equity firm is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their wonderful & collegial team!
$85-100k DOE + discretionary bonus+ excellent benefits
The team is on an ONSITE Monday-Friday in their MIDTOWN EAST office.
Looking for a diligent and proactive Executive Assistant to support a small team of senior level executives as a their true gatekeeper and right hand. Someone that is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager is key!
Responsibilities
- Meeting/greeting clients and investors coming to the office.
- Handling calls, taking messages and routing critical correspondence for their team.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and handling all logistics for meetings, including technology, catering, meeting materials, etc.
- Booking domestic and international travel across timezones for the team, including visas.
- Assisting with expense reports.
- Handling some office management responsibilities including ordering supplies, inventory, restocking as needed.
Other Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience required in an administrative role
- Experience working in finance is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong ability to interact with other staff and external constituents as a team player.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
