Executive Assistant

Multi-Billion Dollar Investment firm offering high net worth individuals, families, and institutions sophisticated and specialized financial options.

*The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of administrative experience within the financial service industry. *

In-Office Policy: 5 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Executive team with management reporting, strategic communications, and administrative tasks.
• Handle office supply management, including stock monitoring and order placement.
• Coordinate calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and executive meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, client appreciation activities, and marketing efforts.
• Act as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and recruits, overseeing logistics and providing on-site assistance.
• Assist with financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing bill payments, reconciling credit card transactions, and processing reimbursements.
