Executive Assistant

McKinley Marketing Partners Washington DC-Baltimore Area

McKinley Marketing Partner's client is seeking an executive assistant to join their team. This is a part-time, remote opportunity. Candidates must be able to work 20 hours per week on a set schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings
  • Plan travel arrangements
  • Evaluate existing tools and manage the cleanup of existing tools
  • Write documentation on how to use tools, which ones to use, etc.
  • Create an organizational/operational system to capture client data for presentations
  • Assist in creating proposals
  • Onboard new clients and contractors
  • Find resources/subcontractors for projects
  • Update contact database
  • Accounts payable/receivable as needed
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks (i.e., post social media content, website refreshes, create one-pagers, etc.)


Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be personable and highly accountable
  • Experience with organizational tools and systems like Microsoft products, Trello, Canva, PowerPoint, Snagit, Quickbooks, Calendly
