Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing functions such as preparing correspondence.
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for executive-level meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
