Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of SBG Funding. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, capable of effectively managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, impeccable communication abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, maintaining professionalism and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management and optimization of CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address administrative requirements
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to aid in decision-making processes
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, speeches, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure efficient communication flow
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations as needed
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, requiring minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
