Currently, we are searching for an Executive Director for our assisted living facility. This person will serve as a key leader and will be responsible for creating and sustaining a resident-centered, high performing team; achieving Shell Point’s service/care delivery model; and meeting financial objectives in accordance with all laws, regulations and Shell Point standards. The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of ALF state and federal regulations. Progressive leadership experience within Assisted Living environment is required, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, management or related. Master’s degree a plus, along with the State of Florida’s Core ALF training.
