What You'll Do
Start-Up Leadership: Assess, design, and launch a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Build and implement systems and processes for seamless operations and future growth.
Operational Excellence: Develop and execute strategic plans for Manufacturing Operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Build a high-performing team and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the production of consumables and media/buffer components. Manage site logistics, inventory control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement strategies for raw material safety stock and procurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Manufacturing, MSAT, and Logistics. Communicate effectively across teams to drive operational success and ensure consistent product delivery.
Budget Oversight: Define and manage the budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 15+ years in bioprocessing or biopharma operations, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within a cGMP environment. Experience with both early-stage and established commercial organizations is a plus.
Education: Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Proven track record in leading GMP operations, building high-performing teams, and managing complex supply chain and manufacturing processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from \(171,500 to \)194,100 per year.
