My client, a NYC specialist alternative investments executive recruitment firm is immediately looking for a consultant with experience working in within a front office vertical. The front office team is made up of the Managing Director, a Vice-President and a Consultant. Top performer in this team billed $2 million+ last year, with second doing $750,000+ so it’s a strong performing team to walk into.
The front office division primarily focuses on private / public credit, private equity, investor relations, portfolio management & investment mandates into alternative investments clients such as private equity, asset management, funds & investment banks. However, given the extensive client base this division has acquired, other front office verticals can easily be pivoted for example quantitative finance.
They incorporate a classroom to board-level service with their clients in which they’ll place from C-suite-level down which has played pivotal in securing retained work with their clients.
They’re truly an autonomous and mature business who grant flexibility to their employees, it certainly isn’t a KPI & micro-management house.
