Experienced Litigation Associate Attorney

Are you a skilled litigation associate ready to take on a new challenge? We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a talented individual who can manage their own caseload, work independently, and passionately represent clients both in and out of court. If you have experience with discovery, law and motion practice, trial preparation, and trial experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Represent and guide clients throughout their case.
• Prepare for and participate in mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Assist in trial preparation and conduct trials and arbitration as needed.
• Attend court hearings, argue motions, and draft legal documents such as pleadings and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements before, during, and leading up to litigation.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience as an associate attorney.
• Proven ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience in client advocacy and litigation.
• Strong persuasive writing, verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• This is an in-office position (not remote).
