Responsibilities And Duties

• Client Counseling On Cutting-edge EE and Software matters including AI, networking, and machine learning
• USPTOOffice ActionsCandidate will respondto office actions with the USPTO
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• DegreesIdeal candidates will have an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or similar degrees. Advanced degrees arepreferred
• 3+years of patent prosecution experience in fields such as electronics, software, AI, ML, networking, storage and memory hardware, and cloudtechnologies
• Outstanding writing ability is required
• Industry experience is strongly preferred
• Candidates must be admitted to theUSPTO
  
  

Anticipated Base Salary Range

Anticipated base salary range is $135,000-210,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, job related skills and relevant experience.
