Responsible for bookkeeping and maintenance of the property management operations
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly journal entries including accruals
Responsible for the completion of journal entries, variance analysis reports, and ensures related compliance tasks are assigned
Assist in the preparation of budget metrics as well as monthly analysis of budget to actual performance
Maintenance of all records in the system relating to updates for changes in tenants, owners, properties, and other related vendor information
Work with property management as directed by Management to accurately record and bill all tenant charges, on a timely basis
Maintain confidentiality of corporate/shareholder financial data
Requirements:
2-3 years of staff accountant experience
Account and prepaid reconciliation experience
Solid understanding of GL
