Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, remote Facebook Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands a highly skilled individual capable of managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS). The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of sales and advertising strategies, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs, analyzing performance data, and maintaining budget control. This position involves close collaboration with other teams to ensure project timelines are met and campaigns are aligned with our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform data-driven decisions.
• Develop and execute innovative sales and advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Maintain budget control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Implement rules and automations to manage a large volume of campaigns effectively.
• Quickly address and resolve cost issues to maintain desired lead costs and ROAS.
• Build and train a team to manage additional campaigns, ensuring scalability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in campaign and project management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lower lead costs, achieve and maintain desired KPIs, and exceed ROAS targets.
• Experience managing a high volume of campaigns with demonstrated use of rules and automations.
• Capability to quickly solve cost problems and adjust strategies as needed.
• Experience in building and managing over 1000 campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
• Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus.
• Exceptional team player with a positive attitude, capable of working under stress and adapting to high-paced changes.
