Work Responsibilities:

This role will work on-site at our Mooresville, NC facility.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations by cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas
  • Inspecting and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement to maintain the physical condition of equipment
  • Supporting shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Assembling and filling orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions
  • Procuring required materials for facility operations
  • Providing budget recommendations for facility management
  • Leading overall maintenance support in the facility
  • Maintaining point-of-purchase material and communicating inventory levels to customers
  • Assisting with customer meeting setup and teardown, including display assembly and technology support

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of facilities maintenance & security procedures
  • Experience operating power lift equipment
  • Basic knowledge of the home improvement, renovation, or construction industry (preferred)
  • Merchandising and sales/service experience in the 'big box' environment (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight as necessary, up to 10%
