A high-profile Plaintiff's personal injury firm near Wall Street is looking for a Paralegal with New York Labor Law (Construction Accident) Cases a Plus. Work hours are 9:00-5:30 in the office 5 days a week.
Seeking experienced bi-lingual litigation paralegal to join our growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting all pleadings including summons and complaints and BPs.
Drafting motions, discovery demands and responding to discovery demands.
Preparing and filing RJIs, Notes of Issue, Notice of Entry and Stipulations.
Obtaining lien information from medical providers, Workers Compensation and Medicaid/Medicare:
Must be able to E-file/NYSCEF;
Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing relevant medical records; and
Heavy clients contact daily.
EXPERIENCE WITH NEW YORK LABOR LAW (CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT) CASES A PLUS.
