Job Description and Responsibilities:

Your responsibility as the Facilities Manager will be to provide technical expertise and support to our single asset in Fort Pierce, Florida. You will conduct regular facility audits and follow up to ensure all projects are managed to meet Prime Rocks standards.  


In addition, you will develop and maintain partner relationships with Tenants and Third-Party Vendors while responding to both critical and routine support requests.  


What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and repair mechanical issues onsite including but not limited to trades such as pluming, electrical and HVAC. You may also be tasked with minor portering, painting, and other odd jobs needed at the asset.
  • On larger projects you will oversee all Third-Party Vendors ensuring daily/weekly/monthly and seasonal onsite goals are achieved.
  • Prep contracts, POs, and progress payments for Property Manager/Construction Manager’s review and approval.
  • Ensure all facility task requests are completed within acceptable time frames and keep the Yardi Service Channel up to date.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and find cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage several maintenance and inspection contracts.
  • Under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you will manage all onsite capital projects.
  • Understand the Permitting process and experience working with the City of Fort Pierce.
  • Travel from time to time for special projects. 


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Training and certifications in MEP systems and building trades. 
  • Experience with Yardi and other building management software preferred. 
  • Must be available for after-hours and emergency calls. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests at one time. 
  • Travel may be required.
