Facilities Service Coordinator

Position: Full-time

Location: Fort Stewart, GA

Duties:

  • Provide friendly customer service to customers of the Directorate of Public Works
  • Receive and record repair work requests for facilities managed by the Directorate of Public Works
  • Submit work orders to the Base Operations and Maintenance team twice daily, prioritizing urgent ones
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Directorate of Public Works
  • Coordinate repair requests with the Base Operations and Maintenance team and other teams working for the Directorate of Public Works
  • Monitor the Army Maintenance Application for maintenance requests and updates

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Over 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with work order management systems is a plus
