Job Description: As a Senior Process Associate – I&L Coordinator (Facilities Coordinator), you will play a vital role in managing facilities and ensuring a conducive work environment for employees. Reporting to the Local Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support in facilities management and addressing employee needs to optimize productivity. Your strong customer service skills will be pivotal in fostering positive relationships with various teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you'll contribute to implementing and overseeing corporate safety programs while handling other facility and security-related matters as they arise.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to manage assigned facilities and systems effectively.
Address employees' facility-related needs to ensure their productivity remains high.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, emphasizing a customer-centric approach.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of corporate safety programs.
Address other facility and security-related matters relevant to the building's operations.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Ensure that work adheres to safety codes and project parameters, including health and safety, operation, maintenance, energy efficiency, quality standards, and aesthetics.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Customer care-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in report generation and working under pressure.
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
