Manage the maintenance needs and property improvements at the Marine Fisheries Enhancement Center (MFEC), Suncoast Youth Conservation Center (SYCC), and a portion of the public grounds including out buildings on site. Assist with SYCC and MFEC program activities when needed.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Service Specialist at Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, located in Apollo Beach, FL. The Facility Service Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. They will perform routine maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate repairs and renovations. The role may also involve managing vendors and contractors.
