Factory Production Manager

Are you a seasoned leader in the manufacturing industry with expertise in factory floor management? Join us as a Production Manager at J. Josephson, where you'll oversee staff and processes to meet our production needs in ink, lamination, print, quality, tubing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop supervisors, production staff and lead hands.
• Ensure proper training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily production, ensuring standards and schedules are met.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product standards.
• Manage equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to safety procedures.
• Develop and implement production standards and SOPs.
• Meet or exceed production efficiency and cost targets.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
