Job Description

As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families. This remote position requires working night shifts and is available in the following states: Connecticut (CT), Georgia (GA), North Carolina (NC), North Dakota (ND), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Virginia (VA), Wisconsin (WI), and West Virginia (WV).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and treatments.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure continuity of care by managing follow-up appointments and coordinating with other healthcare providers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in one of the specified states (CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, VA, WI, WV).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
