A fantastic company located in Greenville, SC is looking for a Field Operations Manager to join their leadership team. They are looking for someone with a strong leadership background, extensive experience in residential and commercial construction industry operations, and experience in the overhead rolling door industry is strongly preferred. There is opportunity if you are not in the Greenville, SC area but are willing to relocate.

You will:

• Be responsible for all oversight and operations associated with the installation of new equipment, project service, and warranty repairs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and develop processes that ensure equipment is installed on time and defect-free.
• Manage, train & develop staff and review and implement plans for installations, solicit and review bids, negotiate with contractors, etc.
• Conducts periodic site visits, ensuring that projects are completed as designed, in compliance with accepted plans and specifications, and on time and within approved budgets.
• Plan, as well as make decisions to prevent problems and minimize any emerging risks.
• Oversee the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Create a collaborative environment that facilitates interactions between all internal and external partners to ensure project consistency.

Do You Have:

• Knowledge of commercial construction methods, cost estimating, contract documentation, entitlement processes, etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000+ Depending on Qualifications and Experience.
