This is a Full-time Hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Minneapolis, MN but some work from home is acceptable, for a Field Service Engineer. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical power and cooling systems at customer sites. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to provide outstanding customer service and ensure maximum up-time for our customers.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical service in Electric/Electronic industry, as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent preferred
Experience with critical power and cooling systems such as UPS, Generators, and Switchgear
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Must be willing to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
