Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Driggs, ID, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Finance and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational activities of Teton Regional Land Trust. Your key duties will include overseeing the budget, financial reporting, and bookkeeping, as well as managing day-to-day operations, including HR, IT, and facilities. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
