Job Summary
The Finance Clerk is responsible for assuring timely payments to our vendors and associates. Verifies all payments are within government standards for tax reporting. Pays the debits for CHOC, CHOC at Mission, and other subsidiaries.
Pay Range
Minimum $21.55 Midpoint $28.56 Maximum $35.57
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Light - Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs. (ie. empty bed, stretcher).

Experience
- Required: Minimum three (3) years of experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or General Accounting or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Preferred: Lawson experience. Previous experience using 10-key by touch.
- Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
- Required: None required.
- Required: Ability to understand and communicate oral and written instructions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
- Preferred: Intermediate level of computer experience using various Microsoft Office programs.
- Required: None required.
