Finance Director

Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Finance Director at our location in Hanford, California. The role involves managing various financial and accounting functions within the organization. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable, budget processes, and compliance, as well as conducting cash flow analysis and other financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Supervise and manage all accounting functions within the organization.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
• Maintain and manage financial services utilizing ADP - Financial Services.
• Conduct regular cash flow analysis to assess financial health and identify potential issues.
• Ensure all financial reports, records, and invoices are accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and protocols for the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate finance function.
• Ensure financial compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to finance team members.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proven ability to manage Annual Budget
• Experience in Budget Processes
• Skilled in Cash Flow Analysis
• Understanding of Compliance requirements in finance
• Strong background in Finance
