Finance Manager

What does a Finance Manager do at Fiserv?

You will provide key support to drive the direction of the Global Merchant Solutions FP&A team with heavy focus on cost engine functionality. The team oversee over 120 activity IDs used in conjunction with multiplier drivers to allocate $1.2B of shared expenses to more than 20 profit centers. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of annual budgets/forecasts, monthly/quarterly reporting, operating results, reporting metrics and overall expense management.

What you will do:

• Month end deliverables, consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast. Validate completeness and reasonability of submissions. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
• Engage in business partnership to develop and drive in-depth financial analysis, identifying key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
• Enhance monthly reporting/dashboards and other in depth financial analysis to assist executive management in making operational decision making.
• Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of existing financial reporting and forecast models, provide recommendations and implement solutions to improving efficiency, accuracy and level of detail.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5+ years in financial analysis and reporting experience

What would be great to have:

• MBA Degree and/or CPA
• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), is a plus
