Financial Advisor

We are looking for driven individuals without a four-year degree to join our talented team of Financial Advisors in Chicago, Illinois. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building, and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide customized financial advice and solutions to clients.
• Conduct client reviews and presentations on investment goals and products.
• Engage with customers and share the value proposition.
• Triage client leads and make appropriate referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training with the Wealth Management Complex.
• Mitigate risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the financial service industry or sales environment.
• Obtain SIE within 30 days and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hiring.
• Comfortable in a sales role and nurturing client relationships.
• Register with the federal registry system for residential loan mortgage originations (SAFE Act).
• Goal-oriented, thorough, and efficient with time management.
• Adaptable and capable of managing complexity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
