Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for the beauty industry. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial planning and analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies.
• Provide financial analysis for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other business initiatives.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
