Financial Analyst

Salary is up to $32.00 per hour depending on experience

Immediate need for a Business Analyst in Buffalo NY!

Responsibilities will include:

Coding for A/P work Cycle for invoices

• Adding new vendors, as needed
• Working aged balances, as applicable
• Invoicing on customer A/R accounts
• New A/R accounts
• Balance to cash (credit card reconciliation for bakery retail charges)
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare Sale Tax Report
• Bank Transfers
• Payroll Posting
• Month end close preparation.
• Reports safety concerns to appropriate leadership.
• Complies with all employee safety, food safety and sanitation policies and regulations.
• Other duties, as assigned.
• Provide support to operations finance team to assist in booking journal entries, building budgets, and consolidating results as needed. Looking for strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Must be able deadline driven and able to work independently with strong time management skills.
  
  
  

Looking for someone who is comfortable with MS Office and ERP Systems.

This is a hybrid position.
