Our client is seeking a financial analyst to support their growing team in Nashville. This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week onsite. This role will support a wide range of activities such as financial reporting and strategic analysis, month end close and forecast activities, manage financial reporting, and the annual planning process. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and trends, while contributing to the overall financial health of the company.


Responsibilities:

Prepare timely reports, dashboards, and presentations, highlighting key drivers and financial insights. Assist in the interpretation and communication of financial results to key stakeholders

Assist in the development of financial forecasts and annual budgets, collaborating with team members to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in financial projections

Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Gather, organize, and maintain financial data in a structured and accessible manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Assist in the analysis of costs and expenses, providing insights into cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization.

Contribute to special financial projects as assigned, such as profitability analysis, market research, or process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and accurate results.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting

1-3+ years of relevant Financial Planning and Analysis experience

Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to work with financial data and perform calculations accurately

Knowledge of financial statements, financial ratios, and key financial metrics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
