What does a Financial Analyst – Financial Systems do at Fiserv?

You will be part of the Financial System’s team involved in shaping the financial tools and processes that drive Fiserv’s success. You will hone vital skills to craft system and process solutions that elevate Fiserv’s Finance operations. You will develop rich learning ground to deepen your understanding of finance processes and practices, financial systems, project management, data analytics, and report development. In this role, you will gain fundamental systems experience that is highly valued in the finance industry.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with finance associates to support activities such as data analysis, report development, and system data governance.
• Assist in the implementation and support of financial reporting solutions.
• Support technical teams to enhance and deploy reporting solutions, including providing specifications, testing, and organizing user training.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on reporting tools.
• Support global financial system implementations and become knowledgeable in key reporting functionalities.
• Act as a liaison between finance end-users and technical teams.
• Contribute to the design of analytics, reporting, and process improvements to drive efficiency across the finance function.
• Coordinate and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that all financial systems and reporting solutions meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction before full-scale implementation.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business or related fields
• 2+ years of relevant finance experience or related field

What would be great to have:

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including UAT coordination, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Experience with ERP reporting tools, Power BI / Tableau or data science is a plus
• Sound understanding of Finance and Accounting reporting terminology
