Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for working on a variety of financial tasks related to fiscal accounting and compliance, audit coordination, administration of corporate insurance, and accounting and commission reporting.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting
  • Work with third parties and other resources to coordinate audits related to employee benefit plans, 401k, etc
  • Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary
  • Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-4 years of Accounting experience (public or private)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc. (must have the ability to build spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge of financial systems, Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter possessing time management skills
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow through on commitments and projects
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • This is a remote role that must reside in AL, AZ, District of Columbia, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, MA, MD, NV, NC, OR, SC, TN, UT, and VA***
