Base pay range
$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Own global Marketing headcount management, including maintaining an accurate source of truth for actuals & forecast.
Reporting & inputting correct forecast into financial systems
Manage the Marketing accrual process. Ensure activities/services performed in month are either paid or need to be accounted for
Explain Marketing expense variances between budget versus actuals
Support global Marketing forecast process including in quarter, annual, and multiyear planning
Create monthly reporting for distribution to Senior Management
Analyze Marketing contributed pipeline to ultimately increase sales performance
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance
Essential Skills & Experience:
3-5 years’ work experience in FP&A department
Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key partners
Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
Good attitude and trainability is important
It is helpful, but not required to have:
Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa
Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls (Budget vs Actual)
