Work with senior management on daily basis to develop and expand business opportunities and long-term strategic relationships. Review ongoing performance and enable course corrections.
Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers which enable robust challenges across the different lines of business and support business optimization.
Led the delivery of robust and ambitious annual financial plans and expense budgets for the business unit to drive continual performance improvements.
Direct preparation and/or analysis of all business unit financial results.
Lead operating, strategic, and profitability reviews from the finance perspective on behalf of the business unit.
Engage on expense management for the BU working with the Head of Finance and Executive team to generate and deliver both operational and strategic initiatives to ensure short- and long-term achievement of key expense targets.
The preferred candidate should have Insurance industry experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) roles performing financial planning (premiums), analysis, and reporting to management.
