Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of work-related technical or operational experience.
- Experience in financial systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with process improvement.
- Experience with cloud financial operations (FinOps) and cloud cost management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos, and data warehouse tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, technical, and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment.
- Proficiency in cloud financial management tools and practices.
- Provide analytical support for various systems configurations and financial processes.
- Develop and implement Cloud FinOps processes to optimize cloud costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Perform root cause analysis through research and data analysis to determine efficient and customer-valued solutions.
- Design, track, and provide solutions to management for various processes reporting, including productivity, quality, and systems.
- Assist in system testing prior to implementation of various system configurations or enhancements.
- Oversee and monitor initiative progress to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations.
- Lead or serve as a liaison for various initiatives to ensure corporate continuity.
- Design, implement, recommend, communicate, and administer value-added policies and procedures.
- Facilitate workgroup meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Monitor, track, and trend data to evaluate accuracy and provide insights to management.
- Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Identify and research unusual financial trends.
- Develop and maintain data extraction processes for regular and ad hoc reports.
- Support senior management on projects and analyses.
- Cooperate with other departments in the preparation of analysis.
