Financial Analyst

Performance Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the company’s financial performance, as well as product and customer-specific reporting. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, is a critical thinker and has a strong excel background.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares sales and gross profit reporting for North America Commercial teams
• Supports Commercial Management and Leadership Teams
• Works closely with sales teams to provide insightful reporting
• Responsible for the creation and reporting of annual commission plan for multiple Sales Teams to ensure accuracy of results for scheduled payments according to plan structure
• Model pay structures and territory size with Sales Leaders
• Analyzes sales data as requested by management using various reporting tools
• Provides analytical support including but not limited to profitability analysis, business review presentations and other sales or marketing analysis requests
• Works independently and cross functionally to provide detailed, accurate and timely reporting
• Documentation of all reporting processes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 2-5 years of financial analysis experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Development of reports in multiple environments
• Understanding of business process as well as financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel

• This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 plus benefits.
