Financial Analyst

A financial services firm in Florida is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking professional to join their team in Miami as their new Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analyzing and reconciling accounts
• Preparing and annotating variance reports
• Working with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets
• Performing research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to present financial analysis to management
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong Accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Data Management skills
• Experience with automated accounting functions

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Data Modeling
• Accounting experience within the banking industry
• SQL query experience
• IFRS accounting knowledge
