Role Responsibilities

As part of the finance team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, encompassing invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close procedures for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Conducting financial analyses and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related concerns and aid financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining internal controls and adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
• Supporting audit processes and providing necessary documentation.

Qualification Requirements

To Be Considered For This Role, You Should Possess

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• A strong grasp of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members across various departments.
