Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Blueprint is seeking a collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with strong analytical skills to promote data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role is critical for Blueprint's Finance Team to support the ongoing effort to enhance and maintain overall reporting and data capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Support the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy of data used for revenue recognition and key financial metrics
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package for management and external stakeholders, provide insight and commentary on monthly/quarterly trends
• Partner with business owners to prepare forward-looking sales and operating forecasts
• Play a leadership role in assessing sales and expense trends, ensuring that the organization is making informed financial decisions
• Assist in the planning and execution of the annual budget
• Work closely with members of the executive team to develop a detailed and accurate budget model that aligns with strategic goals and objectives
• Build and maintain data dashboards in Blueprint's Looker Business Intelligence Platform to provide informative reporting on sales and other financial KPIs
• Work closely with the Technology and eCommerce teams to ensure appropriate data tagging and flow from transaction to financial processing
• Participate in delivering QA tests to maintain data accuracy
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
• 3-5 year of experience with data reporting and analytics
• Possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Adept at collaboration; comfortable partnering with colleagues across the business to develop and complete and accurate financial picture
• Strong Excel abilities (i.e. pivot tables, index, logic formulas)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Prior experience working with financial and visualization tools, Looker a plus
